Still competition Antilles-route after takeover Martinair

WILLEMSTAD — "After a thorough investigation, I am now convinced that even after KLM's acquisition of Martinair, consumers will still chose between competing service providers", explained Euro-commissioner Neelie Kroes (Competition) today regarding the approval for the takeover. KLM will become the sole owner of Martinair on December 31.
